I worked in a tanning salon for a year, and I used it.  I was amazed at what it did for my skin.  Not only did I bronze nicely, but my acne went away!  I guess people have known for years the benefits of UV rays for acne.  Tanning dries up the skin, and so it dries up the acne and makes it go away.  This is great, right?

Wrong.  I most definitely would not recommend UV exposure for acne blemish removal.  Now that I spent a year in the tanning beds my skin is leathery and I look at least 10 years older than I am (and that’s not good when you’re in your 40’s).  As if that wasn’t bad enough, I have skin cancer!  Find a safer way to get rid of your acne.

This has kicked up something in the air that is making my allergies react really bad!

I’ve not been able to sleep for days because one side of my sinuses are clogged and really painful and when I’m awake, I feel like I have drainage down the back of my throat. Yuck!
