Follow a healthy routine to keep spine problems at a distance
It is a well known fact that we become weak as we grow older. We face number of problems in our day to day life. The most common one is the back pain which can be one of the Spine Problems that occurs with age. It is prevalent not only in the elderly people, our younger generation also complains of frequent backaches. There is a need to do something to rule out these problems to some extent. You need to keep your weight at a normal level, as overweight exerts pressure on the spinal cord to maintain balance of the body. Do regular exercises to keep our body fit and healthy. Don’t go on a long drive frequently. Slow down your car at rough roads. Sleep in a proper way. Quit smoking. Do take out some time to relax, as most of these problems occur due to stressful routines.
