Cure that nail infection
People who do suffer from nail all seem to have one question on there minds. What are the best cures for nail infections? Should I go to my doctor for a prescription or will some sort of natural remedy work?
Of course this is up to what each person feels most comfortable with. For myself I always look for the natural cure first and then go for the prescription as a last resort. Diet is the first place that I start. Eat a balanced diet and avoid the sugars. Then somthing as simple as Vicks vapor rub will start to kill the infection while the good diet works at it from the inside.
