The Kegel Exercises For Bladder Control
If you suffer from the loss of bladder control, you can correct it with the help of certain exercises. These are called Kegel exercises for bladder control. These exercises can help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles that support your bladder.
To do these exercises, you have to follow these steps. First practice stopping the flow of urine when you urinate by squeezing the muscles in your genital area. Tighten the muscles and hold them for a period of 4 seconds. You have to do it 10 to 20 times. Also you need to relax completely between contractions.
You have to perform the exercise 10 times a day for the best effects.
