I Am Impressed With The IFIG Program In My Proform Elliptical Exercise Machine
When I was out shopping for a new Elliptical Exercise Machine I notice a really great feature on some. They have this iFIG program build into the machine that talks you through different intensities of workouts. I admit that without it I would probably workout at a much lower intensity. With it, it keeps me motivated to push myself a bit more and I am now getting into much better shape with more endurance than I had ever hoped for. I just want to offer my congratulations to the ProForm company for its development and inclusion into the Proform Elliptical Exercise Machine I bought.
