pph help

I thought that my back pain was simply due to my muscles getting a little bit old, and that I would just have to cope with the pain for the rest of my life. However, one day it got so bad that I had to go see my doctor, and he told me that I would need to have spine surgery on the lumbar region of my back. I thought that that would mean a complicated operation, but he explained to me that back surgery was now fairly routine, and that it would solve my back pain and I would be up in about within a few weeks of leaving hospital.
