All This Rain Is Making My Allergies Crazy!
I live in the midwest and unless you are dead, you have probably heard about the severe weather and storms and the flooding.
This has kicked up something in the air that is making my allergies react really bad!
I’ve not been able to sleep for days because one side of my sinuses are clogged and really painful and when I’m awake, I feel like I have drainage down the back of my throat. Yuck!
The over the counter allergy relief products haven’t been helping me much and I’m considering some alternatives like aromatherapy and even homeopathic treatments.
Both have few or no side effects and can’t cost much more than the OTC drugs, right?
