Side bends are a very workable excercises to lose love handles. These movements work on the muscles of the abdomen and they work hard and directly on the love handles themselves. To do side bends, you will stand with your body completely straight—do not bend forward or backward. Keep the feet separated and make sure your knees are flexed to a slight degree. Then you begin to bend sideways at the waist a few inches toward the left and then a few inches toward the right. Just bend your torso. Try not to bend your hips.
