Massage Treatments

 

One of the natural panic attack cures recommended by doctors is to get a massage.  Massage the back and neck areas massaging only one side of the neck at a time.  Also, include your throat and diaphragm.  Massaging the neck area can help to alleviate tension and may help you to avoid a panic attack.  Natural panic attack cures, such as, counting backwards from one hundred, counting patterns on a wall, and any method that will take your mind off the panic attack will be very beneficial.
