On Diabetes Control

Diabetes has no cure. However, there are very effective treatments out there that will allow people suffering from diabetes to live lives just as fulfilled as that of those not suffering from the disease.  diabetes control  in most cases will entail keeping a watch on blood sugar levels and diet. The blood sugar level should be within 90 to 130 mg/dl before taking a meal and less than 180 mg/dl two hours after taking a meal. Doctors will recommend a certain course of action should the levels be too low or too high after a test. Please see a doctor if you have not yet had a check up for diabetes.
