Everyone is experiencing stress and it is formed to various degrees on a daily basis. In little dosages, stress can in fact be advantageous to us. This is when stress turns out to be too immense which can affect our physical and mental performance resulting to personal dilemmas.
Stress symptoms initially affect the inner feelings. Such symptoms include disturbance, anxiety, extreme worry, apprehension, and uneasiness. These emotional conditions can start to influence a person’s superficial manifestation. The stress symptoms increase as the stress stage also increases wherein a person may start to sense more severe physical and emotional consequences. Emotional consequences may include depression and extreme fatigue. Physical stress symptoms may include nausea and vomiting, headaches, diarrhea or dizziness, restlessness, and hyperventilation.
